Iain is a Chartered Environmentalist and Associate Environmental Consultant specialising in assessing water environment encompassing matters relating to hydrology, water quality, surface water management, and flood risk.
He has specific experience in Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) for major renewable energy and grid infrastructure projects and residential, industrial, and commercial developments across the UK and Ireland. He has extensive experience in undertaking water features surveys and hydrological constraints analysis and is responsible for the management and preparation of environmental reports including Construction Environmental Management Plans, Pollution Prevention Plans, Water Quality Monitoring Plans, and Water Framework Directive Assessments.
Iain also manages water quality monitoring in the planning and construction stages for major renewable energy and grid infrastructure projects and advising applicants on planning and legal liability around the water environment.
