Erin is a Senior Consultant at McCloy Consulting Ltd, and a Registered Environmental Practitioner with the Institution of Environmental Sciences (IES), specialising in environmental management, contaminated land risk assessments, remediation, and hydrogeological projects throughout UK and Ireland.
Erin is highly skilled in Tier 1 Preliminary Risk Assessments (PRA), Tier 2 Generic Quantitative Risk Assessments (GQRA), and Tier 3 Detailed Quantitative Risk Assessments (DQRA) across multiple sectors, where unacceptable risks to human health, groundwater and soil have been identified. Additionally, Erin has experience in conducting Tier 1, 2, and 3 Hydrogeological Risk Assessments (HRA) for a range of applications including cemeteries, residential and commercial developments.
Erin also brings extensive experience in groundwater assessments and feasibility projects working on a range of residential, industrial and commercial sites. In addition to conducting feasibility studies for ground source heat pump systems to evaluate site suitability and support sustainable energy solutions.
