Philip is a Chartered Engineer with comprehensive experience in design, management and supervision of civil engineering projects including infrastructure and drainage design.
Philip was promoted to Director in 2025, having previously served as an Associate Senior Civil Engineer at McCloy Consulting Ltd. He continues to lead the Derry branch and also holds a CSCS qualification in construction health and safety.
He has considerable expertise in infrastructure and drainage engineering; with experience in project feasibility and associated cost estimation.
