Code for Sustainable Homes (CSH)The Code measures the sustainability of a new home against nine categories of sustainable design, rating the 'whole home' as a complete package. The Code uses a 1 to 6 star rating system to demonstrate the overall sustainability performance of a new home. The Code sets a number of mandatory elements, which must be attained in order to gain a rating.
McCloy Consulting has experience in providing reports, which will discharge mandatory elements and gain credits for Sur1 (Surface Water Run-off) and Sur2 (Flood Risk). A maximum of 2 Credits are available under each section.
McCloy Consulting are focused on providing a specialist service and have a proven track record in providing clients with expert technical advice on surface water management and flood risk for small and large developments. We can produce comprehensive reports addressing the issues raised in CSH Category 4, PPS25 and PPS15 (to meet the requirements of the Rivers Agency).
